Good Morning All.......

Good Morning My Friends,

Sorry I haven't got any cards to share as this week has been a hectic one to say the least! First I had to have a tooth extracted on Monday then Dan broke down on his bike on Wednesday so i've been ferrying him to work etc. In between i've been getting things preparred for this week as i'm going away later this morning to Burnham on Sea with Viv, Sandra, Jackie and Issy so even if the weather isn't good we'll at least be able to do some crafting but good weather would be a bonus!

Oh well that's all for now folks but hopefully it won't be too long before I can log on again and let you know how the holiday is going. Take care and have a great week.

Morning All.....

Good Morning Friends,

Well this weekend while i've been nursing toothache I managed to make three "less is more" cards but none of them are my own brain work and so credit must go to Di and Michelle for their wonderful inspiration.

Don't even comment on the very poor photographs - but it really was an effort for me! Now i'm just waiting for the dental surgery to open at 9:00am!

Hi Guys,

Well I bet you can't believe it - i'm posting again so soon ... although I have missed posting the last day or two!

I've spent the day over at Viv's house today but the trouble is we never seem to get much crafting done - I did manage one card today though and that is more than Viv did!!!

Ok i'll finish here and let you see what i've been upto the last couple of days the first card is the one that I made today. ;-))

I'm still here!

Hi Guys,

So sorry that i've not been around much lately but the reason I haven't done much crafting is because I had to have an abcess removed surgically and then the district nurses were coming in most days to dress my wound.

Anyway hopefully now i'm back to normal now (well as normal as possible!) and hopefully i'll be able to catch up in my craft room I have only been making cards that I was needing desparately - but now i'm starting to panic as Christmas will soon be upon us again and upto now I haven't made a single card!

I hope you like the few cards that I have made and hopefully there will soon be many more to follow.

I've got an Award......

Hi Guys,

I've got up so happy this morning even if it is raining and miserable!!! Last night I went swimming with my friend and I was thinking "if I can manage 5 lengths of the pool then that'll be good" but no I kept going and she told me when we had finished 40 minutes later that i'd done 20 lengths - I was really chuffed with myself and hopefully it'll slowly but surely start to help me as I am starting to feel like my whole body is ceasing up. Then I came downstairs this morning and the lovely Jackie from Craft Designs has given me an award ........... Thank you Jackie and you have made me very happy.

Good Evening My Friends....

I have kept myself quite busy today, household chores this morning then this afternoon I needed to make two New Home cards and then I even managed to visit my friend - so pleased I did too as she had just made some delicious fruit scones so we had tea and scones out in her lovely garden.

I hope that you are all enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend. Oh yes please excuse the poor photo's but I just couldn't get the light right at all today!

Good Afternoon All.....

...........From a seriously bad blogger - i'm really sorry guys but the last three months have been taken up with builders, joiners and decorators. Thank goodness by Friday we are hoping that everything will be completed and my back will start to feel better too hopefully.

I have managed to make a couple of cards so at least I haven't been totally lazy!!!

Time To Post .......... FINALLY!!!

Good Morning All,

Firstly I apologise for not posting much just recently but we had had the builders in at home and i'm sure that you all know what it's like - not a single room stays clean and tidy!

I also have to confess that I have only made ONE CARD in the last month ........ So hopefully i'll be able to make up for this very soon as today I am determined to make a start and find a way into my craft room.

Hi - I'm Back!

Hiya All,

Sorry for not posting for a few days but life has been pretty hectic and then on Sunday morning somebody smashed the mirror off my car .....Grrrrrrr I look after things so well then other people just have to be so careless.

Last Saturday Viv and myself went to a new craft shop that has opened in Congleton and considering that Saturday was the first day for Debbie and Lindie they seemed to be doing really well - which is good news but I don't think they will struggle anyway as it's in the town centre so lots of passing trade (and no doubt ...... we'll be going quite often!)

I'm hoping that we have almost seen the last of the snow now we had another few inches last night but thankfully the sun has melted most of it away now.

Good Morning My Friends.....

Hi, well I had to dash off earlier and take Lisa to work but i'm back now. I was going to try and make a card today but i've had awful toothache all week and pain is certainly getter the better of me right now so we'll see how I feel in an hour or so. I've got antibiotics and I have to go back on the 14th February .... of all days!!!

I did manage to make a card on Thursday but i've not got around to taking a photograph yet so maybe i'll do that in a little bit too.

Anyway my friends have a happy day and hopefully lots of crafting too.

I've Been Tagged

By Barbara I have to go to the 6th file in my pictures and pick the 6th photo.
I had no idea what i'd have come up with as my photographic skills are awful anyway it's not too bad ..... It's a tiny old chapel out in the middle of no where close to where I live, it's called "Jenkin Chapel" and it only holds about 20 people at the the very most! I'd have just loved to have got married here but it is very, very remote and no parking.

Good Morning Everybody.......

Hi, Well yesterday I spent the day with Viv at her house ..... it seems so long since this last happened with lots of things happening we just don't seem to have had time! Of course we had to go and visit the local craft shop at the garden centre but we were both quite good! I managed to get a couple of rubber stamps and some card which was reduced just for matting and layering oh yes and of course some more ribbon!

I also managed to produce a card while we were chatting and having a laugh which was a bonus .... it's using one of the stamps which I bought, hopefully later i'll do another card using the 2nd stamp.

Well my sincere apologies for the lack of blogging recently but I have had an awful cold and chesty cough this last couple of weeks - I'm still not 100% but i'm much better than I was.

I decided this morning no matter what else got done today I was going to have a play in my craft room ....... Well after i'd taken Dan to work and gone over to collect Lisa from college as she's not well either! I've managed one card so that's better than nothing.

Good Morning and Happy New Year

Good morning my friends,
So sorry that I haven't been around in the blogging world for ages but you know what it's like when Christmas is upon us!

I've had a lovely Christmas even if Dan has worked most of it we did manage to spend Christmas day together as a family. Tomorrow we are going to Viv's youngest sons wedding reception so that'll be a nice start to the New Year and next week Dan and myself are going away overnight for his work Christmas party so that'll be a nice change.

Anyway I've made this card (which I have cased from SCS) for B.J. and Claire's wedding tomorrow - any comments would be much appreciated and I look forward to another year of blogging with all my lovely crafty friends. Take Care and Keep Warm.
